All incoming seafood products are subject for quality control such as odor, resilience, eyes, gills and overall appearance or physical condition, then we will sort it according to its size and/or freshness.
All seafood products are being processed by cleaning, removing requested parts of a products such as eyes, gills, and internal organs, then we will pack them according to the request of a buyer and place in a freezing pan.
Products are cooked up to negative forty (-40) degrees Celsius in four(4) hours by contact freezer with one(1) tonne capacity per cycle.
After freezing, the product will be pack on the packing area according to its specie, size and/or grade per box.
To keep the product frozen from contact freezer, we have a cold storage with a capacity of eighty (80) to one hundred (100) tonnes with its temperature maintained from negative eighteen (-18) up to negative twenty (-20) degree Celsius.
Twenty (20) and forty (40) footer container can be position and plug-in on our plant with outlets for 220 and 440 volts.
In case of power interruption, the plant has an stand-by power generator that can power the entire plant with its power of 160 kVA.
