Processing Area
All seafood products are being processed according to the buyer’s specification, following strict food safety standards.

Contact Freezer
Products undergo freezing in negative forty (-40) degrees Celsius by contact freezer with one (1) tonne capacity per cycle.

Packing Area
After freezing, the product will be packed according to its kind, size, and/or grade per box.
To ensure that consumers are protected from any metal contaminants, products pass through a metal detector and final inspection before packing.

Cold Storage
The products are kept in the cold storage with a capacity of eighty (80) to one hundred (100) tonnes with its temperature maintained from negative eighteen (-18) degrees celsius and below.

Reefer Container
Twenty (20) and forty (40) footer containers can be positioned and plug-in on our factory with outlets for 220 and 440 volts.

Backup Generator
To ensure an uninterrupted power supply, the plant has a 160 kVA stand-by generator that can support the entire plant.
